Chicken Marengo

When Napoleon set out to conquer the world at the end of the 18th century, his personal Chef claimed to be able to cook chicken a different way, every day of the year. This was the concoction on the eve of the French victory over the Austrians at Marengo, Italy, on June 14th, 1800.
